J&G's Park Ranger Waterproof Jacket
Fabric: Nylon Oxford cloth, extremely durable and
machine washable (hang dry), but also supple; a 1.5 oz. urethane coating for waterproofing

Hood had drawstring with toggle, and folds into collar with Velcro closure
