Hi there
I was wondering, can you recommend a very wide fitting shoe for mountain
biking? I have freakishly wide feet (across the ball circumference) and
need something for trailriding.

Hi,
I found your article on fitted bike shorts really informative. I had a few questions which I’m hoping you can answer.
1. what is the difference between a chamois pad, a gel pad?
2. which work better?
3. which styles of pads would you suggest buying in the high end & also in the low end of brand?
4. are there gel pads that are made from thin to thick?
Thanks for your help,
Regards,
Andrew Suttner

Hi,
I am looking for the best winter cycling socks there is on the market. Constantly, my feet get cold when the weather dips into the 30’s. I am currently using a pair of winter hiking socks that are advertised to be good to -40F below, but my feet still get cold after 1/2 hr. What would you recommend?
